Churchill House operates a Safer Recruitment Policy as part of its overall Safeguarding policy for the protection of our students. Applicants will be interviewed in person or over a video call. References will be followed up and we will ask whether there is any reason applicants should not be allowed access to persons under 18. Proof of identity and qualifications will be required as will an explanation of any gaps in CVs.
