To Enrol
When can I start?
You may start on any day of the year and stay for as long as you want.

How do I enrol?

  • Simply choose the number of weeks, and the kind of course and accommodation you require, then send us your details using our online booking system. Send us your booking as soon as possible to have the widest choice of teachers.

  • We then send you a Certificate of Enrolment which gives details of your course and total fees. This certificate is useful when obtaining a visa (if you need one), for your bank when paying your fees and at immigration control in the UK.
  • Send the £250 Enrolment Fee (deposit) with your Enrolment Form. If this is not possible, please send it immediately after you have received your Certificate of Enrolment. We cannot make a reservation until we have received your Enrolment Fee (which is included in the total course price). The Enrolment Fee for Weekend & Short Break Courses is £180.
  • We must receive the balance of your fees at least 4 weeks before your course starts. Your teacher's address is sent only after receipt of full payment.

Last Minute Booking?
We can accept last minute bookings by e-mail, phone or fax. Immediate payment in full is then required.

What happens if I cancel my course?
If you cancel your booking up to 4 weeks before your course starts, you only lose your Enrolment Fee. If you cancel between 28 and 15 days of the start of your course, you will be charged 80% of the total fees. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the course, you will be charged the total fee. Once you have started your course no refunds can be made under any circumstances.

What happens if you cannot find me a suitable teacher?
We are nearly always successful in selecting a suitable teacher from our very wide range. If we cannot, we make a full refund of all fees paid.

What about insurance?
We strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy to cover you against travel problems, personal accident, medical expenses, cancellation or premature termination of your course. We can arrange this for you.

How do I pay?
The best method is by International Bank Draft in pounds sterling drawn on an English bank and sent by post direct to Churchill House.

If payment is made by Bank Transfer (Airmail, Telex, Swift) this should be made payable to:

Churchill House
A/c No 41133659,
HSBC (Sort Code 40-38-02),
1 High Street, Ramsgate,
Kent CT11 9AD, UK

To ensure we receive your fees in time, please make arrangements with your bank at least 5 weeks before you arrive. Please remember to bring all documentation concerning payment with you to the UK. This is especially important with last minute bookings.
