The Individual Learning Centre has an extensive range of materials which have been especially developed for study on a self-access basis.They are carefully graded and coded according to topic. They cover the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing and include vocabulary building activities, grammar work and examination materials. Here you have the opportunity to work individually on those areas of your English that need the greatest attention. Many classes use the Individual Learning Centre as an integral part of the course but in addition it is open outside normal class hours (evening, and Saturdays) for everyone to use free of charge.

The Language Laboratory has recorded materials that are linked to our Module System books so that where appropriate your practice here is an integral part of your course. Your fluency, pronunciation and communicative skills can all improve with your work in the language laboratory.

The Bookshop has a wide range of English language books at all levels that will be of interest to you both for use in England and at home. Course books are lent from the School Bookshop on payment of a deposit which is refunded in full when the books are returned in good condition. This deposit is not normally included in the course price and neither is the cost of homework books.
