Travel to Ramsgate is exceptionally easy by car or train. We are also only 35 minutes from Dover with its regular ferry services and the Channel Tunnel. If you use Eurotunnel to Folkestone or Eurostar to Ashford International Station, you can reach Ramsgate from both these places in under an hour. London is just 110km away. Travel to Ramsgate is quick and easy from both London Gatwick Airport and London Heathrow Airport.

Meeting service

We offer a shared coach transfer at Heathrow or Gatwick airports if you arrive on one of our official starting dates. The cost for this is £60 one way one way.

Alternatively, we can offer an individual meeting service by taxi at any of the London airports, any day, any time. Our driver will bring you to your host family in Ramsgate. If your flight is delayed, he will wait for you. The price for this service is £110 one way only.

We can also arrange for you to be met by our Taxi Transfer Service from Ashford International Station. The price for this service is £42 one way only.

If you arrive at Dover Harbour and wish to be met by taxi we will give you the taxi driver's telephone number. If you telephone him on arrival at Dover he will be there to pick you up within 30 minutes. The price for this service is £32 one way only.
