Recruitment process

First look at the positions we have available and choose the position you would like to apply for.

Read the job description, personal specification and qualifications required to make sure the job is right for you.
Complete the application form, attaching your CV - explaining any gaps in your employment and copies of your certificates. If you prefer to send the application form in, please add two passport sized photographs of yourself -for our records and your name badge.

What happens next...

If your application is successful you will be contacted as soon as possible. Please note from Spring until Summer we have a lot of applications. Please allow us time to process these.

Our Recruitment Manager will be in contact with you via telephone or email to have a brief talk with you and arrange an interview. If you are situated close to Ramsgate, Kent, you may be asked to come in for an interview. If you live further away a telephone or Skype Video interview will be arranged.

An interview will be conducted by the Recruitment Manager. If successful you shall receive an email with an offer. You may be asked to have another interview with the Summer Centres Director or your Centre Manager or DOS at a later stage.

Once you have signed and sent back your contract and all the relevant documents we require, you will be ready to join our centre in the summer. You will be asked to arrive at the site up to 3 days before the centre opens, to undergo induction, acquaint yourself with the site and help set up.

Then you are ready to let the fun begin!
