Rosetta Stone Language Programme

In addition to attending 20 English language lessons per week, students at Ampleforth College and Prior Park College will have two x 1 hour lessons using Rosetta Stone, an English language software programme.  It uses a dynamic immersion method reinforcing a student's own natural-learning language skills with an award winning instructional technology.  It motivates and builds confidence and a student will be aware of his or her progress at all times. 

This programme has been used by Peace Corps, the United Nations, the European Union and NASA.  Students will be allowed additional time each week to use the programme, if they so wish.
