Churchill House School of English is accredited by the British Council for the teaching of English as a foreign language. To obtain accreditation, the school had to comply with strict regulations concerning management, resources, environment, teaching, services and welfare. Please see for more details. In our most recent 2014 inspections, our summer schools received 8 points of strength. Our main school was awarded an imprressive 11 points of strength from a possible 15.

ISI Inspection

In March 2012 we were inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). We are proud to announce that we achieved the highest of standards in all areas of the inspection which were:

  • The quality of the curriculum, teaching and learners achievement
  • Students’ welfare including health and safety
  • The effectiveness of governance and management

This record of achievement was maintained at our most recent monitoring visit inspection in April 2013.
