Our Social Club has links with over 35 local clubs including dance, music, singing, chess and other games, many sports and outdoor pursuits, hobbies, drama... Joining one of these clubs can be really helpful for your English as well as great fun.

The Sea and Beaches

The area of Thanet has many interesting beaches and coastal walks to enjoy with sailing, kite and wind surfing which can be easily arranged.

Nearby towns and tourist destinations

Ramsgate is close to Canterbury, Dover, Margate and Broadstairs - all of which have very interesting histories.  Canterbury with its Cathedral, Dover with its Castle and wartime tunnels. Broadstairs with its beautiful beach, great pubs and restaurants.
