The Centre Administrator assists in the day to day running of the Centre Office. Their line manager is the Centre Manager, however, the Director of Studies or Activity Manager may ask the administrator to perform tasks for them. Their main duties include maintaining records, keeping records organised and accessible, taking minutes of meetings, being in charge of the tuck shop (or delegating where they see fit, but ultimately responsible for it), liaising with the Rooming Allocations Manager regarding the rooming of students. They are tasked with ensuring they have produced accurate catering forms, as well as aiding students with their pocket money. Centre Administrators are required to be good with numbers, organised, personable and should be good problem solvers. Our job description for this role is under review and will be updated shortly.
