Be Part of a Family
Homestay gives you the opportunity to experience the English way of life at first hand and to practise your English outside the classroom. All families providing Homestay accommodation are carefully selected by our experienced accommodation managers and are revisited every year. Our families do everything they can to welcome you to their friendly homes and to make your stay happy and successful.
Most families are within easy reach of the centre and are normally less than 25 minutes walk away. You can choose a single or shared room – shared is with a student of a different nationality so you speak English together.
All families provide half board with breakfast and evening meal Monday to Friday and all meals at weekends. Full board is also possible with your mid-day meal at the centre or a local restaurant.
Or Stay on Campus
We run residential courses at typical English boarding schools, blending tradition with the best in modern facilities. Accommodation is in twin or single rooms (some with ensuite facilities) or in rooms with 4 or 5 students from different countries so you speak English together. All meals are in the school’s dining rooms with a choice of menu including a vegetarian dish - drinks and snacks are provided at break times.
Lessons are in the mornings and there is a varied programme of sports and activities on campus in the afternoons and evenings with excursions to interesting places at weekends.
Your welfare is of prime importance and the resident Course Director is always there to help, supported by a team of resident teachers, sports organizers and welfare assistants.
We fully believe that enjoyment and fun contribute as much to the success of our courses as our high standards of teaching. Many of our students return year after year making life-long friendships with fellow students from all over the world.
