Transfer Service
We can arrange airport transfers to make your journey to the school much easier. It is a safe, simple and cost-effective way of getting to the school and we can pick you up from any of the international ports in the south of England.
On Arrival
Students that book a taxi arrival service will be collected at the airport by a member or Churchill House staff or one of the school’s fully licensed and trusted private car companies. Students will be met at their arrival gate and taken directly to their host family or private accommodation.
On Departure
Students that book a taxi departure service will be taken to the airport by one of the school’s fully licensed and trusted private car companies. Students will be taken to their departure gate and helped to check in for their flight.
Our Transfer Service for groups provides you with the security of knowing that your group will be looked after from the point they arrive in the UK.
We can arrange transport with one of our regular, trusted transport companies and one of our staff will meet you at the arrival gate. As soon as the vehicle arrives they will accompany you to the bus/minibus and ensure that you are all safely aboard. The coach will then bring you to the school.
Our experienced transfer team will deal with any problems so you can just enjoy the journey!
During the summer we can offer shared transfers – we combine transfers so individuals share the cost of the transport, making your arrival/departure much cheaper! Students are met at the airport and supervised until a group of students is ready to leave, they are then led to the vehicle.
Transfer Terms & Conditions
This service must be booked in advance. In order to guarantee collection, we must have your flight details at least one week before arrival. Without these details we may not be able to collect you and payment for the transfer will not be refunded.
Sometimes in the case of travel emergencies it may be necessary for another student to be placed in a private transfer. Where there is any delay due to waiting time on the original private taxi booking, the student will be entitled to a refund on the difference between a private and a shared transfer.
Individual transfers to the airport for a departure flight usually leave at least 5 hours before the plane is scheduled to depart to allow for travel and check in. These times can be altered to suit the needs of any student and the school’s transfer department will contact all individual students well in advance of their departure transfer to confirm details.
